Whomever runs their Twitter account @play_pso2 will sometimes post to acknowledge bugs/issues as well.

That page just leads to a redirect loop. Got a screencap of the page or what's on it or something?

well, like I said, it leads to a login loop due to 'missing name or email' which of course it wouldn't have due to signing on with Steam.

Now it suddenly asks for email, it didn't before. Now it looks like it works.

honestly, I don't see the point i know for a fact at least 5 people who filed a ticket which means they know about it filing a bug report about the same bug feels redundant to me but that's me. You guys do what you feel u must already been like 5 days 4 me so.

they only need 1 ticket to realize the issue.

I submitted one in general hopefully they notice the issue soon
