Meanwhile all 14* weapons are sellable/tradable as intended (it seems). 
I have not seen any 12* units on the market either, so even if it's a select few surely someone would know at least what one of the tradable 12* units are?
I don't see the reason to limit certain units to be sellable whilst weapons aren't limited at all.

That's why I think it's a bug, I can't find any 12* units that are sellable yet they say on Twitter that 12* units are able to be sold.
