So here's what the website has for Europe / London:

Since there's no apparent way to change the region the website reports you as, I've had to convert these manually to PDT. Hopefully they're correct:
※ 10/01 22:00 PM (PDT) Imposing Iron Assault
→ Schedule changed to 10/05 21:00 AM (PDT)
※ 10/02 01:30 AM (PDT) Quna Special Live "Cosmic Twinkle Star"

Now the emergency maintenace ran from 21:00 on 01 Oct to about 07:30 on 02 Oct. So on the face of things this overlaps with the UQs and concert pretty well.
But none of these were on the actual schedule prior to the end of emergency maintenance, and they're still not on the schedule now. Here's how it really looks in PDT:

With the exception of the first Imposing Iron Assault (which is not on the schedule), this is basically 12 hours after the emergency patch notes thought it was.
So, in short: They delayed the wrong window! This means for 12 hours after the end of emergency maintenance we will likely not have any scheduled UQs or the concert at all.
It also means the concert we were meant to get during PSO2 day probably isn't happening. It's possible it still will, if:
- Instead of moving the ones they said they moved, they duplicated them, or
- The notes are simply wrong about what they moved
The good news is, thanks to the extension of PSO2 day, those of us who wanted a concert can still get one. The extension means that three concerts set to take place at various times through Saturday 03 October will now be within the extended PSO2 day window.
