I have double checked my emotes numerous times and can confirm that I don't have the swing light emote, but both tickets are grayed out and I can't use them. My friend is having the same problem.

Swing Light 1/2 are Rave 1/2, on the "11. Other (Looping 1)" tab of the emotes list. This kind of translation inconsistency is pretty common in this game, unfortunately.
