I know jp has it. But it's pretty dumb for it to be at the end of ep6. They'll be outdated by then. Might as well throw them away. Would make more sense to have it now, when people are actually interested in getting these tier of gear.

Depends on the weapons. Some will be better. Depends how they release things!
On JP, they always made sure you CANNOT just buy the highest rarity weapon and gear, only allow trade once it's outdated.
Although 14* weapons and 12* units were just unlocked for personal shops in September and July this year, they were in the recycle/swap shop for excubes for a long while.
