i buied a char slot for 5€ (500 ac) and i got em (so i had 4 slots) but after i delete one character i lost a free slot... would be great if i can get this slot back... any suggestion what to do?

This is a thing in the Japanese version as well. When you delete a character, it actually tells you that you will not get the slot back.

The thing is, you are not buying a character slot, you are buying a character. There is a difference.
