Error Code 250 means DNS Error. Do you use a custom DNS server like OpenDNS or Google's DNS? Otherwise, your ISP might be having difficulty reaching the game servers using their DNS servers. If that is the case, manually set the DNS on your XBOX One to Google or OpenDNS's DNS Servers.
