Xion Long hair

... What is the actual name of that hairstyle? Is it unisex?

I tried searching it on player shop, but it just refuses to show any items, keeps on saying not found, again. So, I assume it has a different valid name that I am missing?

Since it is from an SG Scratch, it is untradable, so you won't find it in the Personal Shops.

@AndrlCh So pretty much make everyting looking good available only for money whales, what a great mechanic.

If you keep on top of all the SG campaigns + PVP/Casino and don't blow SG on a bunch of stuff, you should probably be able to make 3200 SG by the time the Fallen Heroes ticket ends in January. It's possible you'll get lucky and get it before that, but at 3200 SG spent = 40 draws you'd get the guaranteed pick-an-item ticket.

It sucks to see something you want on an SG scratch, but hopefully you get some other things you want from it too if you decide to go that route. I burned the 3200 SG on the Fallen Heroes ticket without spending real money, got some other nice items before the guaranteed ticket.

On the other hand, I'll never get the Mother outerwear from the new scratch because it's the only thing I want from that scratch and I'm not blowing 3200 SG for it. Oh well.

@Akonyl And by that, what are the efficient and best ways to farm SG?

Yeah, I know Story missions are one of the ways to get SG, but obviously I want my character to be strong, and my character to appear as something cool and unique infront of Matoi and Io.

Between now and when the ticket goes away, there's 17 weeks, which = 189 SG/week if you're going all the way from zero, but I assume/hope that you aren't all the way at zero right now.

for recurring sources:

  • PVP is 50/week, 100/week if you go hard at it (1k battle coins for 50, 3k for 100, I only bother with the first 50)

  • PVP also gives a monthly bonus. If you rank in the B ranks, you'll get 80 SG on the first of the month. Grinding up there for the first time can be a little bit of a while, but if you get to B5 then when the month rolls over it'll only knock you down a single rank, to C1. Easy to grind back up to B5. Higher ranks give more monthly SG (legend ranks get 400-2000/mo), but that's more dependent on player skill + time investment.

  • Casino is 40/week, takes 11k coins which is probably best farmed on mesetan shooter or arkuma slots ( make sure to check for when casino boost times are to make it a bit easier if you can)

  • AC Outerwears/outfits: I know these are getting more expensive nowadays, but you can recoup a decent bit of the cost after getting the 10 SG from wearing one for 22 hours (even offline) by converting to recycle badges and selling those on the market. If you don't have premium, you might need to have a decent amount of meseta since you won't get your money back until you can sell the badges on the market with a personal shop pass or something. But even without recycle badges, 7 outfits for a week would be ~2.8 mil meseta, which you could mostly keep up with via weeklies/yerkes. 70 SG/week per char potentially, but you likely won't get 70 from this unless you have a lot of money to grind or premium.

  • Mission passes: If you don't care about any of the gold tier rewards, you'll generate 100 SG/28 days by mission pass. Gold gives SG too, if you have gold mission passes lying around, but if you have to buy one then it's SG-neutral.

So that's 140/week from PVP/casino, 210/week if you do outfits on one character, and another 180 per month from missionpass/pvp (~45/week), which would be enough. But you probably won't do all of those, so for single-time sources:

  • If you can S Rank the Solo-PD fight, it's 200 SG for the first time
  • 100 SG for clearing the new limited time quest on XH with an S Rank
  • 80 SG per level 80 class
  • 40 SG per class's 13* weapon you grind to +35
  • Campaigns, I kinda hate to mention it because you can't really rely on a campaign coming into existence, but they're throwing out a lot of SG through them now. The current login campaign + the twitter hashtag like campaign for example, also the limited quest clearing campaign, etc
  • Put in code 1YPHWR8BVVGXTEEV at the visiphone for 100 SG (recent idola release consolation SG)
  • Story, but it sounds like you don't really wanna do that, but there's a decent amount of SG from that.

I'm sure there's others too but those are just some of the one-time sources I can immediately think of.

@Akonyl ,thats a very nice breakdown on the Star gems. Thank you for that! And as you mentioned, we are getting many SG from campaigns, Sega is throwing that stuff on us right now. So there is really no reason to say something like this :

Just tried the idola - code, you even get 200 SG from that!

I thought the idola code was 100 SG, but looking at the tweet about it again it says 200 SG after all. So even better, for that.

So It's all good and stuff (Though, I'm dissapointed that Episode 4 story missions seem not to drop SG entirely, unlike previous episodes which used to give 10 to 20 SG each).

I'm curious what does the 'Fallen Heroes Ticket' does? What does it give you?

it lets you choose 1 item from the entire list. What ever item you would like.

So if within those 40 rolls you dont get the 1 item you are looking for. Use it to get that Item 🙂

Yep, every scratch will have a similar ticket (Fallen Heroes ticket, Sakura Memories ticket, etc) you can get if you scratch it enough (for AC scratches it's usually 30+60+120 pulls, for SG scratches it's every 40). When I based my post on how hard it would be to get 3200 SG before the ticket's over, that's what I was referencing (because 3200 SG = 40 draws = the guaranteed ticket so you can guarantee you get the Xion hair).

Keep in mind though, because of the way the guaranteed scratch item tickets work (you click the scratch ticket in the scratch menu and click "exchange tickets for prizes" and it opens up the prize listing and you just choose an option), you have to use it before the scratch line leaves rotation. When Fallen Heroes goes away in January, if you still have the Fallen Heroes ticket lying around in your inventory, you won't be able to use it.

I did that tokyo limited time quest on Extremely hard difficulty, but the title counter after completing it gave me only 10 SG instead of 100 as you've put it.

By Solo-PD you mean the Profound Darkness Urgent quest? If It's solo that I need to accomplish it, what difficulty it is required?

You needed to do it with an S rank, the 10 SG title is just for the clear (not that it matters now since it's gone)

For Solo PD, XH is the only difficulty available. Note that when you go to the counter during the PD urgent quest there are two UQs up, the top one (Corruptor) is the one you do as a group and the second one (Butcher) is the solo-only one that only has XH difficulty. If you manage to get into a Corruptor run on your own and do it, you're not gonna get credit for it, because Butcher of Light is what you need to do. Also, if you fail Solo PD, you can retry it, but only until the UQ timer is over.

Thats what I literaly did, I cleared the Tokyo limited time quest on Extremely difficuly, and I cleaned it with S rank solo, it was surprisingly easy even on Extremely hard difficulty.

@Charus I missed you saying "tokyo" in your original reply, it sounds like you didn't do the right thing, then. Just to be clear, the limited time quest that's referring to isn't available anymore, it was a limited time quest offered between the end of Episode 4 and the release of Episode 5 for a few weeks, it was a boss rush that went amduskia->lillipa->magatsu->moon->falz hyunal+dio hyunal+falz angel+deus hyunal at the same time (and never did anything in tokyo). It showed up in the quest list under "Limited Time Quests", which isn't even an option anymore as far as I can tell.

Are you maybe thinking of the tokyo expedition or bonus keys?
