I have tried to import this character from the Japanese server in many different conditions and have had no success since it always tells me that the character is under the height limit when undressed of 150 cm as shown in the picture the character I am importing is 199 cm which is beyond the accepted requirements but it still tells me that the character is under the height limit.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. save character at any height character data from the Japanese version of PSO2 or the character creator
2. Try to load the character data in Global PSO2 and the bug happens when you press ok

This error actually has to do with the leg slider and model-sync between fleshie and CAST forms (yes, even humans, deumans, and newmans have a separate CAST form). Basically, either the Leg slider on your fleshie form is below the Global minimum value (which I'm not even sure why that had to be changed), or the hidden CAST form's Height and/or Leg slider is below the minimum.

I see this is useful information and with the tool you provided I was indeed able to import the character in question but yeah I feel these requirements need to be cleared up since I had a lot of trouble that was not needed. Thank you for the assistance (Also submitted a ticket on this issue just to be safe)

Yes, this is something that also happened to me the first time I started Global. In the end, I could no longer import the character from the JP. Before really starting to play Global I wait for all bugs and problems to be solved. But SEGA never even tried to fix them.
