What does one do with all the leftover/extra crafted PA or technique disks , he has left , when he doesn't have access to a personal shop ?

Use them to make a DEX Mag or NPC vendor them.

that's it ? it seems kinda of a waste , i already have a dex mag and they sell at 100 mesetas in the shop.

i feel i was better off buying a "premade" crafted PA , then trying to craft a a decent one
