The Outerwears are re-colorable, and the Ruby and V2 are referencing the trim color. The Ruby always has red trim, while the V2 will match the secondary color of the Basewear being used.

gotchu, was a little confusing since it's the first time I've seen an outfit with both a name like ruby and a different color.
