PSO2 SUPPORT TEAM MUST FIX!

People are complaining about the game's support team, requesting a support ticket is taking forever or ignored by the support team please do your job properly. Im asking please do your jobs properly a lot of people wants to play your game yet the support services arent even taking this seriously. I swear if these game goes to global full release world wide and the support team is just the same then a lot of people will be very disappointed.

The game's available worldwide by Xbox Live definitions for reasons that I may not get into right now.

As for the Support Team issue, the issue might also be down to Sega of Japan. The Support Team can only do so much given that they aren't directly involved with the game's development or server management. Major Support Tickets require passing through to the Japanese team and waiting for a response from them.
