Has anyone been able to get a stable download for Windows 10, first resolution settings wouldn't save, so had to edit user file manually, then game wouldnt launch from win 10 xbox app, had to unistall which was a nightmare, waiting for it to download again, however the download has already failed once, am I missing something, or should I give up till they sort a proper fix???

If you can manage to get the Windows 10 version working again, install the free Steam version right after and link your accounts, then uninstall the Store version because it’s trash.

You may want to use PSO2 Tweaker to help get the Store version installed again.
