Need to reset second password for the personal shop. Help please

You need to submit a support ticket; hover over "Support" at the top of the page, then click "Contact Us", then click "Contact Us Now", and you will either be sent to the support site, or you'll be prompted to log in first. Once you get to the support site, click "Submit a report" at the top right, and in the drop down select "Item Shop Password Resent (2nd Password)".
