So i started the game after the maintenance and i was meet with.. horrid lag, strange textures on the buildings

(notice the grey soot kinda things on the grey walls, they keep moving and stuff)

i tried reinstall the game but it still presists help

Its Dark Falz manipulating the photons and you can see the effects on the building, be careful the darkside is strong with this one.

that kind of thing happens when the textures don't load properly if you restart the game and doesn't fix it then try to restart the computer it could be the GPU didn't load the proper driver

are you using windows store? tweaker? steam? theres a few variables here, you could also try turning the graphics slider bar down a notich
