Bought Premium Pass, received nothing.

Hi all. We have quite a few issues that are still being investigated, due to the geographically and linguistically divided nature of our team. I know how frustrating this can be, and I do sympathize. All I can say is that these tickets have not fallen through the cracks, but that we have a backlog.

It's been two months. All your team has to do is give me the item I purchased.

This is theft. I'm done with the game.

Another, nearly 2 months later, and I have heard nothing back from support and have not received the items I purchased.
