Been running all day, searching so my summoner can finally have a Rappy pet and all they drop are snorkels. Is there possibly an issue with the system giving us the "look" of an ARKS Rappy, but it still sees them as "Summer"?
@ScareMoney1 that is not a problem, ARKS rappies will drop stuff related to the events that are happening
well if you are going in low level they will always drop that, if you go with high levels they drop other stuff

We have been doing SHAQs with 50+ threat levels...I'm not an idiot
It is unfortunately the way it is; since the ARKS Rappies have the extra drops from the Summer Rappy, and the Snorkels are their "rare" drop, they gets boosted.
Honestly, Summer Rappies are the worst for PSO2 Day because of this and the fact that they have the lowest weapon and unit drop rate of any seasonal Rappy, meaning less ARKS Fever.
