After Update, Alliance Tree shrunk and is now bugged.

The recent update bugged my Alliance's Photon Tree. Not only did it shrink, the photonic effects it gives are level 1. Despite the level being higher.

This happened to another alliance back in May. https://forum.pso2.com/topic/2549/our-alliance-tree-is-bugged

And there are also several others on Twitter who mentioned that their Alliance Trees are still bugged as well.

I have sent a ticket and have not yet received a response and it seems to be the same case with others who are experiencing this same exact issue.

I'm hoping by posting this here on the forums, the dev team can see and be aware that this is a recurring issue in the game. And several alliances, including my own, are impacted by this bug.

Usually the trees "grow" when all the stats are the same level. For example if you get the def up to level 3 it will grow twice to match the level. But this might be because of how they added more levels to the tree now.

Growing isn't the problem.

The tree "shrunk" from it's original size after the latest update. As far as I'm aware, it is not supposed to. And now the Photonic effects are not distributing the correct level that it's supposed to.

Example: Instead of receiving Rare Drop Rate Lv. 8. I receive Rare Drop Rate Lv. 1.

I would open a ticket at this point. They tend to ignore the Alliance All together with every update. Sadly I t just feels like the unwanted child of the game.

This dreadful phenomenon hit our alliance too (ship 1: ASTAREA). I'd like to borrow this thread rather than making a new thread as this looks to be an ongoing problem.

It happened to our alliance after the last maintenance of Sep 2. Like other alliances, the actual photonic effects we receive turned to level 1, regardless of the skill level of the alliance tree.

Watering the tree didn't fix the problem.

We learned that further leveling up the tree fix this issue for that particular element. Our photon tree was all level 5 at the point of the maintenance, and from then we've leveled up attack and earned EXP. These two elements are now working properly, but defense, earned Meseta and RDR still only give us level 1 buffs.

Current status of our photon tree. 9-12-2020_9-30-04_AM-0hkqmccl.jpg

Rare Drop Rate Up only coming as level 1, not 5. 9-12-2020_9-32-34_AM-5sh43hpj.jpg

@AndrlCh Could you see if I were missing some points or there's something inaccurate?

@RGX Has this issue fixed with your alliance?

As additional info, just by a simple search,I could find many similar cases starting from April.

On a side note, where do you even go to contact support?

@Kurumi-Tokisaki At the top of the site, go to Support => Contact Us => Contact Us Now, you'll then might have to log-in and it will take you to the support site. From there, you can contact support by submitting a ticket via the "Submit a request" option in the top corner.

This issue seems to have been solved with the last maintenance on our alliance. We greatly appreciate the measures taken.
