They give them out from time to time, I think the latest one at the episode 4 launch (could be mistaken though) otherwise there's no way to get them that I'm aware of

thats wrong bcs u cant buy all skill tree reset passes
i got told xbox players got 1 pass for each char before pc lunch and i got then the same for each char 1 pass after the mainteance where we got ep4 so probably they will give out again some with the release from ep5 my guess would be thats in October bcs they wanna release ep6 part 1 this year too
the only other way where u can pay for would be to buy new skill trees but thats to expansiv in my opinion would be 500 ac = 5$ for one class

@Bruteforce-0 THey just gave one out afew weeks ago, secret is to have many characters because they will all get one to. I got 12 of them last time they were sent out lol.
