And this is why I hate the numbers game. I personally use which ever weapon potential I like the most. If we all used the same gear, affix, rotation, that would make a really dull game.

Star 15 weapons are varied. Different types used for different styles.

Was not referring to higher tiers of weapons. Within the Tiers there are many different weapons and some are better than others. I just hate people feeling that if you dont have such and such weapon, its crap.

If nothing else you can use them as weapon transmutation skins...

@MarshalTobias32 Yeah, the Astra Wand is one of my favorite Wand designs; I had in over my Atlas EX Wand on JPN until I got the PSU Rapier camo.

Yeah I kinda wish they drop as weapon camos instead TBH. So dang pretty.

Astra are still weaker than Nemesis/Slave.

For example let's take the Swords:

  • Astra Sword +35: 1657 MEL-Pwr. 12% damage multiplier, +40% attack PP recovery
  • Nemesis Sword +35: 1802 MEL-Pwr. 17% damage multiplier, 40% damage reduction, 20% PP cost reduction

Also, because of the natural Pwr difference, Dues' weapons are still weaker than Nemesis/Slave with equal augments despite the potential, unless you really push for unrealistically high augments. Again looking at the Swords:

  • Deus: 1663 MEL-Pwr +150 MEL-Pwr from augments which then gets doubled gives it 1963 MEL-Pwr with a 14% damage multiplier.
  • Nemesis: 1802 MEL-Pwr +150 MEL-Pwr from augments gives it 1952 MEL-Pwr with a 17% damage multiplier.

The 11 MEL-Pwr difference does not make up for the 3% difference in damage multipliers.

That nemesis sword sounds pretty nice 40% damage taken reduction?

You get a shield every 30 secs that reduces 1 instance of damage by 40%. While the shield is active you get 20% pp cost reduction. Only the 17% damage multiplier is always active.

72 is a bigger difference than 11... I don't know what you are trying to say to me.

@Reilet I thought you were trying to say that that difference between 11 and 72 has some bearing on making the Deus weapons significantly closer in power to Nemesis.

If it was just a simple math correction with no further meaning to my original point (that the Deus weapons are weaker than Nemesis with equal augments), then thank you for the correction, I will keep in mind to account for that.
