Is it possible for the Bouncer class to be able to use techniques naturally without requiring the Sub-class to be Force or Techter?
Yes, Bouncer is one of the 4 currently released classes that can naturally use Techs. In fact, Jet Boots technically count as Tech Weapons, and their mechanics and PAs involve the use of Techs.
