Queued up multiple times and timed out because i've waited so long. this has been an active thing going on for days. Just trying to get the surf emote

One of a few things happened here and will toss out potential problems:

• NAT Type could be a problem (But have seen people with closed NAT connect in the Japan server before with no issue)
• A bug with the queue I have never seen before
• Bad time at when you are queuing and not a lot of people in your rank range are online

If you quit many matches this happens too.
