You have to submit a support ticket on the website. It could take from 1-3 weeks in most cases to get a response to have it reset.

If you have a Microsoft account that you used to play PSO2 (or link a Microsoft account to your steam account), try sending a request with that Microsoft email.

i was going to get premium but with this 2nd password reset likely to take a month to get likes like i will keep my £40 this is very bad customer service
