I took a break from PSO2 after getting frustrated with it due to the numerous issues caused by the microsoft store. I got back into it recently and realized I forgot my 2nd password. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

You must submit a support ticket through the support site (https://support.pso2.com) to request a 2nd Password reset. Do keep in mind that it has taken between a day and a week in most cases for a 2nd Password to be reset.

If you have a Microsoft account that you used to play PSO2, you could try sending a request with that email.
