I can't connect to ship one but the other ships I can. Why? and how do I fix it?

ship 1 sadly got invaded and destroyed by dark falz...i communicated with guys from ship 2,3 and 4 they all are on their way to evacuate of whats left of ship 1's ARKS

All ships are borked can't switch blocks or go to your room if your still on you can't log off or you can't login ...
