Well... it seems that the photon blades homing skill ring is not working at all, its one of the most usefull L skill rings for Dagger fighter but its not working.

That ring is for Soaring Blades, the Bouncer weapon, not Twin Daggers, the Fighter weapon.

If you mean Twin Daggers Air Pursuit (L), then it only works when locked on.
