I know that in Steam they only allow certain countries, but what about Windows 10 and Xbox? Is it not allowed in certain countries like the steam version?

I think the Xbone version has the same country limitations as it did on Steam.

As an Indonesian, I am still unable to get proper access into the game.

What's annoying is that Singapore, a country literally adjacent to us, has free access to it with no hassle whatsoever.
