New to crafting. I'm trying to craft Strike Gust Zero but it doesn't show up. I thought we get all the Type-O PAs. Do I have to unlock it? If so, how? Thanks!

its there my boy had the same problem i guess u gotta look at all recipes or something like that for it to show, sorry if i wasn't much of a help

Yeah, I had the same issue. It doesn't show up when you tab over to Jet Boots, rather it only shows up at the bottom of the tab with all the PA recipes.
