I've been following the news about PSO2 since I heard it was about to be released in the west and been patiently waiting. As soon as the steam version comes out, I get blocked out because "it's not available in my region". Wasn't PSO2 supposed to be not region-locked?

At the moment the acces is very much region locked. there are a lot of topic already going on about this, just read around on the forum searching for region lock.
