fresh installed in steam cannot fix the issue ... changes in graphics , reset , repairing the game etc do not help worked on ms version via tweaker perfect on ultra settings could really need some help...

@Drakeshot so i have this game running in a old Laptop non gaming . I run it at medium settings . I get between 35 fps and 60 fps. What are your specs?

it has nothing to do with spec or graphics settings or whatever , runned this game on ultra via ms and tweaker , only steam dont work , outside of ark it runns smooth too
