Please keep this thread clean and respectable. I'm coining the +PSO2 to mean post graphical update. Apologies for the misunderstanding.
With the trailer for NGS, there are many questions reguarding the changes. They will likely make more videos or release more info in time. This thread was made so the fanbase can ask questions for the mods to pass onto those with the relevant information. If you wish to, you may give your reasons for your question. If a mod has answers then please do so. If able, type 10 periods then answer.
I'll add questions others have asked to this post so you don't have to look through the thread for relevant info. I'll try for 2x a day.

When can we expect for info regarding the release on other NA platforms?
Will NA/Global receive all content before the release of NGS?
Will region transfers become possible? If so, could we select our preferred language?
How will the minimum requirements change?..........The current graphics engine will no longer be supported. More info to be announced.
Will the old graphics engine be available for those who can't afford an upgrade?..........No
Will mags and units still be relevant? It was stated that mags and units will change for NGS, just wondering if that same change will affect PSO2. ..........Units will still be relevant. Mags will still be relevant in current pso2 as well.
Can you explain your plan for additional ships if any, and if not, can y'all explain why? If we may ask, is an entire ship costly, and is simply increasing blocks more cost efficient?
Will we be able to connect all ships into a universal ship? Will universal ships receive more quest types for those interested in playing them (buster, endless, etc)?
Will players be given the ability to re-customize their characters when the game gets its overhaul?
Will all fashion also have a graphical update in terms of appearance?
Will accessory slots be added? ..........We're getting a total of 18 accessory slots based on item cost.
Will our fingers move? ..........Fingers will not move when equiped with PSO2 outfits and cast parts. Only with NGS outfits and parts.
Will the new dash and glide make it into the PSO2 game?
Will current zones be expanded or kept the same size/configuration?
Will there be further content updates? As well as new or re-released scratches?
Will there be a way to search for items we don't have in the player shop? (Character and/or account bound)
Will PSO2 support end in 2022? There are some that feel NGS is a replacement for PSO2 as the 10th year approaches.
Extra Questions (Not likely to happen):
Will the game bring together all previous Phantasy Star entries into one game?
Will a list be made available for what is transferred over? In particular; Outfits, cast parts, facial features, hairstyles, camos, accessories and lobby actions. And when can we expect such a list?..........All outfits, base wear, inner ware, voices, emotes, cast parts, hairstyles, face mods, accessories, will be shared.
With the recent announcement of additional info(#1), will there come a time for PSO2 wearables to be worn with NGS wearables?
Will all the transferable items be displayed or hidden?
How many characters can we transfer? Initially and planned?..........NGS is an extension of the base game through block transport.
Will mods (such as reshade and texture packs) be natively supported? (This is from a friend who also plays skyrim alot and some of those mods are gorgeous)
Will any Dark Falz return? Or could we expect new Dark Falz?
Why did you decide to go with New Genesis rather than PSO3?
Will there be a companion game like PSO2es, but for NGS? What systems will it be on? (gaming systems, phones, etc.)
What else will NGS be supported on? Win7, Linux, Mac?
Will there be a beta?..........Yes.
Will the game have its own launcher?..........NGS is part of the base game so no new launcher will be needed.
What is the projected size of the game?..........NGS is projected to be 30gb.
Will the game be made available to steam and other systems at launch?
Are there plans to release it on different platforms later on?
Will the NA and JP clients be identical and allow for both languages if they are indeed going for global play.
What will the story be to explain having our characters with the 1000 year gap? Or will we find that out in the game? Or will there not be?..........We will have to wait til release for the story.
What can we expect from the story if there is one?
Are any of the characters who were still alive at the end of PSO2 Classic come back?
Will there be a way for people to select what they prefer in a story? Story vs cut scenes.
Will premium carry over too or will I have to rebuy it again?..........Premium is shared.
Will the cost of AC and SG items remain the same?
Will badges be transferable? Could they be used for costumes or camo's since those don't affect gameplay?
Will our alliances transfer or will we have to recreate it on NGS? ..........Yes alliances will be shared with shared chat. But alliance room, tree, and storage is only available in PSO2.
If alliances are in the game, will there be alliance events such as raids?
What will be the minimum requirement?..........GTX 960 and above.
What will be the requirements for max settings?
Will the game be downloadable ahead of time (for those with slow or limited data connections(me))?
Will ships/servers be connected to each other for a universal ship?
How many game options/optimizations will there be? Such as a wider range of graphic options, color blind, high latency correction.
Voice or voip support?
VR? Even if its only first person.
Will there be support for different controllers?
Will there be better and\or easier means to map buttons? Map combination of buttons to activate skils/abilities?
How many character slots will there be on release? And max amount?
Any additional playable races? Races from older games?..........The current races are currently the only ones we know of. More info may come later.
Will there be a character creator released early? Will there be an easier way to select character colors like a hex code or rgb code?..........Yes, RGB will be part of character creator.
Is your character the guardian or a new character? If the former, what, if anything will happen to the dark blasts and the dark falz hosts inside your soul?
Will our characters have a greater range of moving? Currently our characters look like they're hitting a whack-a-mole machine..........Depending on which game you're using, movement will be similar in PSO2 , while NGS will have greater range of movement.
Why do we have to lose our furniture? Will there be a housing/room option in NGS?..........No. Since NGS is part of of main game, we will not lose our rooms and goods, they simply are not part of, and will not drop in, NGS.
Will auxiliaries have a function or be carried over similar to characters?..........Auxiliaries do not exist in NGS. Friend avatars and partners are not shared.
Will our characters have that shiny plastic look to them?..........There will be an option to select glossiness of a character.
How will fashion work? Same or not? Transferable between both games? Same way, simply updated to new engine.
Will default fashion like cast eyes, default makeup, etc be transferred?
How will weapon appearances change?
Could we have an enemy parts to weapons like in PSO?
Could we have a means to alter the way a weapon looks? (added sparklies, extra blade, flash on crits, etc)
How will mags be changed? Are mags used for those bursts that appear to be class/weapon dependent and what are those? ..........Becomes your partner in adventure. Is a terminal for story and lets you know if there is a facility nearby.
How will units be changed? Will unit camos finally be a thing? Will unit appearances really be gone? If so, will they be made into accessories? If so, will we get tickets for all the units in our inventory and storage?
Will there be an offline mode? This is mainly for people who disconnect so they don't have to restart their quest from the beginning again, or can log back in without losing their contribution.
Will the UI be movable? Such as moving the minimap to the right side.
Will we be able to select a UI appearance?
What kind of mini-games will be there? Such as casino or (shudder) C.A.R.D.S.?
How will you handle bots in the future? (My recommendation is to take a page out of WoWs book and make all but party and alliance chat inaccessible til (lv10,15,20?))
Will client orders still exist?..........Yes, but they are now Tasks.
Assuming there will be some type of hub, how will players interact with each other, npc's, and the world in general?..........Apon logging into NGS, we will start in a lobby and can seamlessly enter other areas without loading screens. Food shop (culinary), Item Lab, Augment Lab, Multi-Weapon Lab, Enhance Lab.
Will there be player shops? (Selectable character\account bound item feature?)..........Yes, but they are seperate from each other.
How many worlds or zones will there be at launch? In general, what will the size of fields be? I'm hoping for BotW size.
Will there be MPA and Solo maps and how will they work?..........Instance quests throughout the field called Cocoons. Either solo or multiplayer.
Will we see, and be on, previous worlds from PSO2? (Maybe older series worlds?)
Will the current npc races still be around? Any new npc racee?
Besides killing enemies, what will be able to do within the fields?..........Gathering is in the game and its much improved. Swimming is also available (possible fishing). Emergency trials, instance quests, shipwide buffs through Region Mag, PSE, Urgent Quests.
Will gathering spots be individualized or shared between players?
Will there be more content other than gathering in the exploration part of the fields?
Can we climb?..........No, but we have Wall Kick, which lets us move up a wall one time.
What is the purpose of those photon flowers we see in trailer?..........These are Resta Signs, which you can collect and use later as a healing item.
Will there be a field/world chat?..........Yes
How long is 1 full day in game? Will it differ per world?
How will targeting be used(same or different)?
What in game systems will there be? Such as grinding. NPC shops?
What will be the inital classes, weapon types, energy types (fire, ice, etc) be?..........Hunter, Ranger, Force, Fighter, Gunner, and Techer are currently the only classes that have been shown.
Will there be a greater range of playstyles per class? (Less restrictive styles of gameplay). .......... Yes you can use abilities from both main class and sub class by using the multi-weapon system. This combines 2 weapons into 1.
Will there be a system similar to PA and tech customization, but also includes active and passive abilities? Maybe as an augment or special ability? For example: collecting in game items that increases a stat by a small amount (crit, charge time, extra attack chance, damage mitigation and the like)
Will there be, or is replacing, the skill trees?
Will skills from PSO2 be in NGS?
Will stance switching remain the same or will it be automatic?
Will min/maxing still be the same or will genders and races be more equal?
Do all weapons have an action now?..........Sword, Rifle, and Rod have weapon actions. More tba.
Will weapon actions do m9re then dodge or block?
Will there be augments? Will there be more variety in augments?
Are scion classes being merged into normal ones?
Are PAs being merged or stay the same\similar?
Passive boosts such as (non summoner) pets, drinks, items, exp, rare etc?
How will gear progression be done? Some people would like to see old gear, potentials, etc to still be relevant or competitive with new gear.
