Daily Orders and Arks Missions. Start with that. Do Urgent Quests when they come up. There are more things, but that should be your starting point. Do Advanced Quests when you are level 40 and above (best with party) to level.

I recommend doing story missions first and clear episode 1-3.

Do Afin and then Cofy Client orders as well when you get the chance.
