She is using an unreleased PA in this picture.
I don't recall NA had a track of history for showing unreleased content in the past. I hope this is one of the new content we are going to get from the UQ.

But from my knowledge, they ain't showing off anything that isn't going to get an immediate release. Thus, I think this is hinting that we are going to get the Hammer PA (and it is a big thing to the techter class actually).
