People everywhere are very unhappy with the announced prices of the current SG tickets, the tweet announcing it should have been filled with happiness but instead, you're charging people a silly amount of SG for 1 ticket with a bonus being applied to 40.

The correct way to do this would be to lower the price of SG tickets to 20SG or less each until we have methods to obtain SG in the way that Japan does.

The prizes being cheaper does not hurt the in-game economy as much and any business you would have drummed up from this has now gone because of the disrpute you've put the system into.

Please review it before putting it on live.

I agree, its also not just a matter of poor monetization; its coupled with the fact that the game doesn't even work well on the only game store its available on( MS store ).

It's very concerning to see them be so ready to squeeze money out of the playerbase before they even fix major issues like the playerbase needing to use third party tools to even launch the game. Makes me wonder if they truly care for the quality of their product at all.

Hi, I'm a respectful & kind human being.

I do think that SG Scratch-Off is falling into dangerous territory with legal precedence in the United States regarding Loot Box gaming. Electronic Arts was struck down hard over this. Blizzard was, too.

If the Scratch-Offs were Casino based, it wouldn't fall into a territory that could get the company sued, and would increase morale (as well as make a lot of players a lot more willing to have a subscription).

I agree with this 100%; to be honest I have been trying to advocate for more Casino involvement considering all most of us are doing that are able to get a decent flow of Casino Coins, are just stockpiling them. At the moment im sitting close to 250k right now and i am really having issues with the fact that i have nothing to spend it on and if we had a CC scratch that was at least tradeable or included prizes like Scenery, Furniture, (Non tradeable clothing would be accepted here) and other great things. I would love to see trigger missions that are exclusive to the casino (Emer Rappy) or some other ones that cant be seen anywhere else.

I would be more inclined to waste my winnings on the arcade cabinets that they have in JP for furniture as a Casino Scratch prize. But i guess we need to wait and see i suppose. As far as people to have a sub, im subbed till november, but i am on the fence on whether or not it is going to be worth it.. So your point is dead on.

See this is why I love @GM-Deynger - always kind enough to listen and pass the info on. (Also secretly hoping that the local time on the UI is implemented for PSO2-Genesis)

I was gonna make a post on this but its already here!

I'm also pretty taken aback by the prices; also none of it is tradeable/sell able via the shop! I was so happy to see Matoi Hairstyles and I realized none of it was attainable via the shop. Maybe it's just me but I do NOT see the value in spending that much money for an item like that; playing a roulette and maybe getting it at such a high cost and I can't even recoup some of it by selling off the stuff I don't want.

I don't mind spending money, I've whaled pretty hard with some games, but it's gotta be worth it.

480 sg is about 26 bucks Canadian, which is 6 attempts out of a decent sized prize list to get what I want... That's just stupid. Like it doesn't make me/encourage me to want to spend money.

yeah.. to me doing the math it makes me sick. $20 gets about 400 SG , so its over $40 for a multi draw. if it costs $40 for 10, and need to use 40 tickets for one SINGLE choice ticket. that would be $160 for 1 item..

NOW, imo.. if this SG was not timed to 2 months. i could in theory spend an extra $40 a month (IF i wanted to) and eventually.. get 2 or 3 of the items i actually want within a year.

AND still be able to support the game in other ways, but AC. premium. etc etc.

another way this could have sold better.. is if player Gender was taken into account for Tickets. remove all the junk booster items from it. & do not allow duplicates. SINCE can't trade any of these things..

those things alone make it seem very unfair.

not to mention the lack of SG earnable for F2P-players (& prem alike) in NA client currently.

the (more than) doubled price of SG tickets over AC is pretty sad, especially when this Gacha is aimed at nostalgia factor for those who ENJOY the pso2 story.

how does no one in your marketing department realize this is pretty rude thing to do towards your customers?
