On the quest Running Maneuvers: Naverius II(H), at the first group of teleportors the one on the far left had issues. The teleport failed to work and I was stuck in the same area. Whenever I tried to walk away or use the adjacent teleport it would send me back next to the far left one. I had to reset the game in order to fix the problem.
