Beware of the Xbox mafia!

I have enough meseta to buy up the complete stock of plenty of scratch items if I wanted to and I didn't take part in the AC scratch exploit, so I'd wager lots of people doing this haven't either.

Doesn't make it any less scummy, but just saying.

I always find it weird when 'exploits' like this occur. Makes you wonder how the developers never even considered the possibilities and just haphazardly threw it out there knowing the contents would net people easily, but didn't think far enough ahead about the consequences (or didn't care).

This is just my own personal opinion, but I've been sour how Xbox was treated like the better platform here in NA both for release and promotions. I'm sure Microsoft had a massive part in that, no doubt...but considering this game was built with PC in mind, it certainly throws salt into the wound knowing how things went down.

But that's all in the past now, excluding the elephant in the room for this thread. I honestly think the pre-PC items need to be released sooner rather than later since we were never given a fair shot at them, and if this pass deal was an actual thing that people abused...I certainly feel that as a PC player we lost out on items, a deal that people made big on, and worst of all...we're the ones being screwed because of it.

I'm really hoping that going forward SEGA thinks things through thoroughly both for the Xbox and PC platform. Putting one above the other is a quick way to alienate a lot of players and push people to just quit or be fed up. If you want my advice; re-release the pre-PC items soon in some form or another. Let the whole of your community enjoy what the game has to offer, even on the cosmetic side instead of us being taken for a ride because of an early birds program that wasn't much of an option to us. This is both for items that marketable and ones that weren't. As is, we've missed out and while everyone carries their own opinion on it...I certainly think SEGA should look to doing right by their playerbase as a whole.

You can buy my comfy stack of AC items I'm a PC player with many megumin hats.

I don't even want to consider how much meseta you're going to be making off of those hats you mad lad.

Imagine having 30 of those hats.....

@Macmaxi Now if only I could buy things cross ship, I want a hat!

I don’t understand how this is a exploit? Explain it to me again please!

I got a little over 400mil. It's not hard to play the market when it comes to cosmetic stuff. I've made good money selling some stuff for 200% more than what it was when it was on the AC scratches were available. So if you do things right ya you raise the prices of things but welcome to how the market works.

How would people being able to buy a shitton of AC tickets ruin the market? If anything they would be flooding it and depreciating the value of the items.

Should have just let PC have its own ship, free of Xbox poison.

I appreciate Microsoft footing the bill for the localization, however late it was, but as per usual everything involving Microsoft and Xbox functionality has done nothing but damage. From the senseless, staggered launch to the broken store to the awful Xbox Live interfacing.

And I'm sure you're real proud of ripping off both the player who bought the scratch tickets and the person who actually wanted to use that stuff. I hope you don't expect anyone's praise.

Evidently if you give players a bunch of the resource that's used to control the player shop market and a small amount of the resource that isn't, the former matters more in controlling the player shop market.

I still don’t understand how these guys are controlling the market? If no one is buying how are they controlling?

Wow you are pretty butt hurt about people reselling items, which is a strategy in many MMO's to make money...

I can understand why you are mad about the exploiters but i think they are a very minor group and to claim they are the sole responsible reason for the prices is unfounded. The fact that you can easily make a couple million meseta a day just selling gear and the current exploit on recreating characters for Photon Spheres/ Device Mini's + another additional fact that we have nothing really to spend meseta on other than costumes/furnishings after getting our +35 nemesis and average augments.

So basically everyone has meseta and nothing to buy except costumes, high demand = high prices.

I personally know of people in my alliance (myself included) that buy all the emotes as soon as a new scratch ticket hits because the prices are often sub 5m each and they almost always go up, that's the reason you see people selling 30+ of an item

I’ve sent screenshots to GM FATAL, or whatever his name was about some. Guy had an entire shop of market controlled items and a fake gamer tag. Never got rid of him. All of the GMs photos and shit are just going after people posting porn pictures in chat. Never responded to my initial inquiry either.

ive posted this before, but i think this is sega's way of making money from goldsellers. think about it, it takes gold sellers 1 dollar +200ac to get 12 AC scratch drawings and the ability to sell. those 12 drawings are gonna make these people milions of meseta, which in return they can sell for 1m=1$ to invest in even more accounts. its easy money for both sega and currency sellers alike. its a system that is begging to be abused
