Why are reset times all over the place? Pretty sure on JP server everything resets at midnight JP time or their weekly maint

Using PDT since they announce things in PDT.

1AM - Daily Mission Reset

6AM - Casino Reset

8AM - Daily Log-in, FUN Points Earning Reset

4PM - Weekly Mission, Tier Mission Reset

What else am I missing...

Weekly Missions, Tier Missions, and Alliance COs reset at 4PM because that was the original maintenance time for the NA server (so they would reset during maintenance), until player feedback led to them pushing it back to a later time.
