I've learnt that I'll have to open launcher windows to change my graphic setting. But when I click the icon of PSO2 it just goes directly into the game. So I'd like to know how I'm able to open my launcher without launching the game
You musst have applied the reddit fix from a while ago. If you don't have the old pso2 launcher exe file, you'll have to delete all of pso2_bin, restart the computer and re-install the game from scratch.
