i tried going to contact support on the webiste but it opens up as a white screen. i was under the impression challenge mode froze your buffs on your character while you were playing, it completely wiped out my buff now and i am wondering if i can get it back.

It's weird, because I still have my normal boosts active from items, so it shouldn't do that:

Keep in mind, the buffs are only unavailable while in a challenge block. Coming out of it should give them back.
