Simple answer is no. Aside from the outstanding 1 weapon that actually requires more than 1 Tech to equip, being the Rykros Staff (which should still be equippable later on, which you should have more than 500 base Tech at 75/75, even with a Male Cast), the rest of the Harmonizers later released than this one all use DEX as its stat necessary to equip, so all should be available.
