It is hardly to notice that a GM replied cause I am not the kind of person who read every single user name tbh. It is better to high something like yellow color name for GMs, so I can notice it right away.

The GMs have a special highlighted marker if they're the admin type:

Since they're part of the "Global Moderators" group.
@Jr Ahh-haa, i checked the User groups section and Bleed is a Global moderator.
Not quite sure why that person wouldn't have a tag or something.
