There is no possible way to do it, sadly.

And likely never will due to them still having old type gear.

No, too many things different - I cant even load some of my character data from JP because they are too short.

Level cap difference also would be problem and Scratch items that doesn't exist on NA yet would cause alot of people to complain and not sure about the licensing part on the non-SEGA collaboration scratches.
