Hi all, I am a newer player to PSO2. Is there any way to send a message to a shop owner to negotiate a price? In their shop message it says to message them, but I have not found a way to reach out to anyone outside my friends list. Thanks in advance.

You can search for them using their Player ID through the ARKS Search function at the Visiphone. If they are online, you can send them a whisper through that menu (technically you can whisper them when they are offline as well, but they won't ever see it).
