I've been researching this error for a while, and error 630 chan is unfortunately a beast to tame, its got a lot of potential causes ranging from server lag, to gameguard, ISP throttling to router issues. The JP server had problems with it for a while, and most of that was server related but not all of it, the issue I'm having very well could be both server to client, ISP (Comcast...enough said) AND router issues all combined into one nasty package, and its quite possible others could be having the same issues.

However, to possibly eliminate a router issue, anyone on windows 10 can try these commands, in this order!

open a command prompt by using cmd (with admin permissions)

ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int reset all
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

Bear in mind, netsh int reset all might not work, and if it doesn't...that could be a telltale sign of possible issues, most common will be an access denied error, and that will involve a bit of extra work to enable permissions but doing all these steps will fix any router problems, continuing error 630 will likely be ISP, gameguard or server related.
