At the risk of being redundant, be sure you've checked the visiphone (the terminal next to storage with a purple-circled 'i') as well. You can put in a ticket here https://support.pso2.com/hc/en-us or just scroll up and click Support > Contact Us
@OrthoCrescent20 i ran into the same problem a few days ago. After about 15 minutes, the items appeared in one the storages in the visiphone.
