Any way to enhance them further than +10? I have the full Brissa set and I have like 4000 grinders,I thought I'd be able to bring them up at least further than +10..

You can further enhance units by affix augmentation. It's a pain in the ass to try to explain, but basically, it's a way of being able to add more benefits, like HP, PP, and attack power.

You can have units +10 and ex lv +10 (but this is not in game yet. it should be in ep3 but its not.) also this only work on units that are 11 star or less.
(ex lv +10) is by crafting system
