I just got into the Ultimate Quests,I participate just as much as anyone else and the game tells me a 'rare drop' happened in front of me and yet there are NONE at all. But I see everyone around me getting rare shit. What the fuck though? Every single rare monsters are doing me this very thing... AM I missing something here????

@Morgothryuzaki What are you rare drop notification settings? Do you have Materials on auto pick-up? Do you have Premium and Material Storage active, and if you do, do you have it set to auto send materials to Material Storage? Do you have auto-pick up for 13* items and 12* Units?

If you have your notification settings to 7* and up Items, and non-Material Storage auto pick-up of Materials, then you are likely just seeing Badges dropping, and they should be going in to your Inventory.
