This morning, there was an unscheduled Luther UQ, and right now, an unscheduled Mining Site UQ just started.

The Magatsu one did happen on schedule earlier today.

So what gives?

The schedule isn't wrong for not having those, unscheduled UQs are a thing that can happen. Simple as that.
