Because you get a message stating you have to claim ownership when you enhance these weapons, yet people are able to sell them on the Personal Shops at +30 / +35:

I don't remember at where and exactly this was all about but somebody mentioned an item in the excube exchange shop that can allow you to do that kind of stuff i believe.

Nevermind you just edited what i thought was the thing that would work but it don't.

Edit: maybe they upgrade them at 12* to +30/35 then cancel ownership and enhance them to 13*.

They're acquired at 13-Star:

They're also already-marked as untradeable.

The text for the cancel ownership is wrong it was meant to be 12* and up it's the same for jp version too it's a minor text translation error same with the Sato mag device that says "chat"

Yeah all 13* are untradble but are sellable
