Yep, that is Lavis Blade Shadow [Ba] with the Black Enamel Tights underneath (you can tell by the exposed shoulder skin). Both of which are currently unreleased on the NA server. The Outer, however, is the Raison Vanitas [Ou], which is available in the NA version.
